Welcome to the Buckeye Area Chapter of the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (BAC-AHDI formerly AAMT) !

We are glad you have found us here on the web!

Who are we? We are an area component/chapter of the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (formerly AAMT). Our component is located in the state of Ohio but we welcome members from outside of Ohio. Our purpose is to help promote and support the healthcare documentation workforce, which includes but is not limited to medical transcription professionals. The majority of our membership does consist of medical transcriptionist and/or students of medical transcription.

Our local component also has an e-newsletter group - if you would like to be a part of that group please send an email requesting that to bac-ahdi@bac-ahdi.org  We do not have a paper version of a newsletter, so we send out emails sharing news of events, jobs and happenings via this group.
